What Was the First Riddim Ever Made?

It's all about Riddims when it comes to Dancehall and reggae nowadays.

New Riddims are released every week, possibly every few days.

But the question remains, what was the first Riddim to ever release? Riddim in terms of, a Riddim with multiple artists that are intentionally on the same instrumental; NOT a single that later became a riddim.

After speaking to Teacha Dee about this, an ex-teacher in Science in Mathematics and now popular Reggae artist, he brings up a valid point. The first Riddim released may not necessarily the first Riddim created. Some riddims are worked on for several years before actual release. However, we do know when the first reggae record was released. The year 1968, Larry And Alvin’s ‘Nanny Goat’ and the Beltones’ ‘No More Heartaches’ was released as the first ever reggae record. However, they are on different instrumentals, so technically this is not the first riddim ever released.
